Use Case
Midway through a Sea Island Haints game, a fan gets a craving, and rather than guessing which line to join, they open a personalized video that knows where they are sitting. It reads their section and seat, then guides them to the closest hot dog stand with the shortest wait, turning a simple hunger pang into a quick, confident trip that gets them back before the next pitch.
The experience is interactive and location-aware, so the directions, the stand, and even the menu shown are specific to that fan’s spot in the ballpark rather than a generic concourse map. From the same video, they can see what is nearby and start an order, folding wayfinding and concessions into a single tap without missing the action on the field.
Outcome
By making it effortless to find and grab food, the team lifts in-game concession sales, cuts the frustration of long lines, and gives fans one more reason to reach for the club’s app at the ballpark.
